At ultrahubassets, we sell digital design bundles (SVG, PNG, and vector files). Because our products are digital assets delivered via instant download, we have a specific policy regarding refunds.
1. Digital Downloads & Final Sale
Due to the digital nature of our products—which are made available for instant download immediately after purchase—all sales are final. Once the files have been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Exceptions & Technical Issues
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any technical issues with your files (such as corrupted downloads, unopenable archives, or missing assets), please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

If a file is proven to be completely defective and cannot be fixed, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
3. Unauthorized Purchases & Chargebacks
We monitor all transactions closely. Please ensure that you review your cart carefully before completing your purchase. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for successfully delivered digital files violates our terms and will be contested with the payment processor.
